The following free services are exclusively for nonprofit organization’s like schools, preschools, orphanages, animal, and environmental welfare groups, civil organization’s and any other entities that fall under the public benefit category as defined by the South African Revenue Services (SARS). We provide the added value of partnering these organization’s with businesses in using the yearbook to fundraise, market and mass communicate. Companies that sponsor yearbooks for these organization’s get to benefit through the publicity that these organization’s provide through both their online like website, social media platforms and offline platforms like the school grounds, classrooms, sponsored lessons and their brand on the sports teams uniforms.

“Society is demanding that companies, both public and private, serve a social purpose. To prosper over time, every company must not only deliver financial performance, but also show how it makes a positive contribution to society.” Larry Fink (Blackrock CEO)

Building digital footprints for black public schools and NPOs
We are preparing our nonprofits for the Fourth Industrial Revolution. We offer free sponsored web assets that can be leveraged for legacy preservation, communication and fundraising purposes. These are professional and fully functional and well-executed sites that offer public schools, NPOs and churches amplified voices to carry out their message to stakeholders. 95% of black schools and churches do not have professional websites and so we aim to change this within the next decade with our parent company Onlining Africa (Pty) Ltd.

Connecting capital with communities
The majority of schools and nonprofits were hardest hit during the COVID-19 pandemic. Most are still reeling as a result of the budget cuts that had to be affected by both small and big business. The majority have had to sadly close their doors, others have cut back on stuff, benefits and the amount of people that they can assist. What we do is not simply for show and legacy preservation, but our yearbooks play a big role in telling the hard and real stories of our clients and exposing these narratives to as many good Samaritans out there.

Putting good governance at the front
Many organisations are not aware of the importance of registering as a public benefit organisation. As the name tells you, this registration declares and confirms to your potential donors and sponsors that your NPC or NPO is exclusively for the benefit of your community. And over and above that, it tells them that you are required by law to declare and maintain high standards of accounting and financial recording. This in turn gives potential givers and business partners the confidence that their funds will be directed ethically towards the stated objectives.

Provide legacy advertising to local and national SME's
One of the most critical factors that make publishing a yearbook for your organisation fulfilling is the opportunity to monetize these special moments. This is even more important for schools and nonprofit organisations who are looking at creative ways of fundraising. Because the yearbook is a souvenir publication that is passed down from one generation to the next, it provides unmatched advertising and publicity opportunities. We provide the tools, mentorship and support to enable the organisations yearbook committees to source advertising successfully and efficiently.
